The WSSC is a privately run facility in Western Springs that offers recreational swimming, swim lessons, lap swimming, a competitive swim team, and water aerobics. The WSSC outdoor pools are open during the summer months between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The facilities include two swimming pools, an infant pool, slides, an outdoor snack venue, volleyball and field area, sunbathing decks and shaded areas as well. Membership is not limited to Western Springs residents. All ages are encouraged to join. For more information click on Membership.

| Sunday hours (all pools) | 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. |

| East Pool - Monday through Friday | 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. |
| West Pool - Monday through Friday | 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. |
| Baby Pool - Monday through Friday | 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. |
Please note:
Baby Pool: Children 5 years and younger only, and must be accompanied by an adult.
West Pool: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily - No children under age 16.
East Pool: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily - Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
7:00 p.m. to closing daily - 5th grade and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
