The Western Springs Pool is happy to be offering adult fitness programs to our members. Below is a schedule and an overview of each program and how to register. 


New this summer...Aquafit with certified personal trainer, Laura Mungai-Hannon! This low-impact class is performed in deeper water and is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength. The class will incorporate cardio and strength, using water dumbbells and flotation belts.

Choose from a morning workout at 6:30 am on Monday and Wednesday or an evening workout at 7:30 pm on Monday and Wednesday.

Boot Camp or Stretch & Core Flow

Join personal trainer Dina Castillo for a morning workout while your kids are at swim lessons or swim team!

Choose between Boot Camp, a total body workout designed to work all major muscle groups, or Stretch & Core Flow, a class focused on improving your mobility and strengthening your core through a dynamic flow of stretches.

Both classes are from 10:15 to 10:45 am. Boot Camp is on Mon/Wed, Stretch & Core Flow is on Tues/Thurs
