Aquafit with certified personal trainer, Laura Mungai-Hannon! This low-impact class is performed in deeper water and is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength. The class will incorporate cardio and strength, using water dumbbells and flotation belts. The 45-minute classes will be held on Monday and Wednesday at 6:15 am.

Session 1 June 5th, 7th, 12th and 14th.

Session 2 June 19th, 21st, 26th and 28th.

Session 3 July 3rd, 5th, 10th and 12th

Session 4 July 17th, 19th, 24th and 26th
