Aquafit with certified personal trainer, Laura Mungai-Hannon! This low-impact class is performed in deeper water and is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength. The class will incorporate cardio and strength, using water dumbbells and flotation belts. The 45-minute classes will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:15 am.

Session 1 June 3rd, 5th, 7th, 10th, 12th and 14th.

Session 2 June 17th, 19th, 21st, 24th, 26th and 28th.

Session 3 July 1st, 3rd, 5th, 8th, 10th and 12th

Session 4 July 15th, 17th, 19th, 22nd, 24th and 26th
