Thank you for your interest in working at the Western Springs Service Club.  We are always seeking hard-working, dependable and outgoing candidates to fill a variety of positions. Western Springs pool offers a competitive starting pay rate and the ability to earn more throughout the season.  The applications for lifeguarding and front desk are open. Everyone must fill out the employment application regardless of previous employment. The Western Springs pool will be hiring Red Cross certified guards for the 2026 season. For those not yet certified please speak with the manager.
