Membership Types
Family
This is for immediate family members including all kids up to the age of 25 who all reside in the residence listed.
Individual
The member must be at least 11 years old as of January 1 of the year of the membership.
Individual Over 60
This is a discounted individual membership for anyone over the age of 60.
Returning Members
New Members
You are considered a returning member if you had a membership the prior summer and/or two summers prior. (You are allowed a one summer lapse.) If two years have lapsed since your last membership, you are considered a New Member and are subject to the one time initiation fee. Any additions or changes to your account may require additional documentation.

At this time, we are only accepting New Resident memberships.
New Non-Resident applicants should click the
“Non Resident Waitlist” button below.
To begin the process, please complete the form in full. Birth certificates for all dependents must be uploaded with your application. Applications missing proof of residency or any required birth certificates will not be accepted.
Once submitted, your information will be reviewed. Upon approval, you will receive an email with login credentials, allowing you to add additional family members and pay your 2026 dues.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your application to be processed.

Western Springs Resident
Non-Resident
Western Springs residents can become a member at any time. To join as a new member resident click the button below. All new members must show proof of residency and birth certificates for all children residing in the home. Nanny passes must be purchased separately.
There is currently a waitlist for non-residents hoping to join the pool. Fill out the waitlist form below and we will contact you as soon as their is a membership spot available. Please be sure to let us know what type of membership you would like to purchase in the notes section.
Memberships will not be refunded once the pool opens Memorial Day weekend.
Important New Member Information
Who are new members?
You are considered a new member if this is your first year joining the Western Springs Service Club or if your previous membership has lapsed by two or more consecutive summers. As a new member, you are subject to an initiation fee.
Do I need to provide any documentation as a new member?
New members will be required to upload birth certificates, at time of application, for all children under the age of 18 and may be required to show residency by ID for children over the age of 18. Children over the age of 18 on the account may be asked to show ID to verify residence at address listed on the membership.
NANNY PASS
WSSC allows for member families to purchase a “Nanny Pass” for $175 under the following conditions:

Nanny passes are for use only while accompanying member children.

The nanny shall accompany member children to the Club in the absence of the member parents at any time the Club is open (not by themselves).

The nanny must be at least 16 years old.

Nannies are strictly prohibited from using a member pass for entry.
GUEST PASS
Six complimentary guest passes are included with each membership. Additional guest passes may be purchased in a bundle of six for $60.00. All guest passes are credited and monitored online through your member account.
Guest passes do not carry over from one season to the next.

A member must be present with the guest at check-in and remain with their guest. Guests are not allowed to stay at the pool once the member leaves.

All guests entering the pool deck area count as a guest regardless if they will be swimming or not. This includes children under the age of two.

Guest passes are only valid for one visit.
